Building kit of the Swedish multi-role combat aircraft 4th generation JAS-39 Gripen version C with Czech Air Force insignia. The assembled model has tilting control surfaces, an opening cockpit canopy, and missiles mounted on the undercarriage. The model can stand on its own landing gear or on the included stand with a description. It includes the upper half of a pilot figure who can sit in the cockpit. The building kit is manufactured under an official license from SAAB.

» Gripen aircraft were developed as a successor to the retired Draken and Viggen aircraft, also of Swedish production.
» The Swedish government initially considered purchasing American F-16 fighters, but after comparative tests, it decided to develop its own aircraft that would better suit the needs of a country with a smaller economy.
» The Swedish Air Force command set several conditions that had to be unconditionally met, such as extremely high reliability, low maintenance and operating costs, high climb speed, low radar reflectivity, and online communication between aircraft.
» The first flight of the Gripen took place on December 9, 1988.
» The fighter was designed to be deployable in any weather or at any time of day or night.
» Despite being manufactured in the 1980s, 30% of its construction is made from modern composite materials.
