Walker Bulldog was an American light reconnaissance tank designed to match Soviet tanks from the Cold War era. It entered service in 1951 and gradually replaced the now outdated M24 Chaffee. It was characterized by good armor and speed. It was armed with a 76.2 mm M32 cannon. Unfortunately, the engine, which consumes a lot of fuel, was very noisy, similar to the tracks, which was undoubtedly a disadvantage of this vehicle.

A total of 5500 units were produced. It was first used in combat in April 1961 during the unsuccessful Bay of Pigs invasion in Cuba. The tanks also made their way to Vietnam, where they felt the superiority of the Soviet T-54s. In 1965, the US government sold all the tanks to South Vietnam and other interested countries.
