The compact MED Horizontal case represents a modern approach to one of the most important parts of your gear. This first aid kit made from Cordura® 500D material, 210D nylon, and laser-cut laminate is designed to be worn on the back of the belt. It works great with the skeletal belt case HORNET®, although it can be attached to any MOLLE/PALS compatible platform or to a belt up to 45 mm wide through paracord loops.

It fits most popular first aid kits needed during a mission. Medical supplies are secured using elastic loops. The minimalist ambidextrous insert with a Hypalon® handle can be operated with one hand. At the top of the pouch, there is a wide elastic loop for carrying a tourniquet, while on the back of the insert you can attach a pocket for scissors. The Velcro® panel with the inscription "MED" allows for quick identification of the pouch.
