Med Pouch Horizontal Mk III® is slightly larger than its predecessor, with a partially flexible outer handle that can hold even more medical equipment, which is very important while maintaining a very flat shape. It is an indispensable part of the equipment for police officers, soldiers, or active lifestyle enthusiasts.

The construction of the Med Pouch Horizontal consists of two parts, a handle attached to the gear and an insert - a medical pouch closed with a two-way zipper, with grips for immediate opening. The whole is characterized by easy access to the insert regardless of the hand used, the extraction is carried out thanks to large comfortable grips made of Hypalon® cuffs. The interior of the pouch is designed to accommodate a number of items worth carrying in a medical kit. The gear is secured with elastic bands.

Med Pouch Horizontal Mk III® compatible with MOLLE / PALS mounts. The pouch fits perfectly into the back of Direct Action MOSQUITO modular belts and tactical belts of similar constructions. Its flat design will be especially useful among users who use tactical equipment in vehicles.
