Preparation method: Our products are already fully cooked and heat-treated. Their preparation therefore only involves heating (of course, they can also be eaten cold). You do not need to add any water or boil the food. You can prepare the meal in just a few minutes and serve.

You can heat in several ways
» Place the sealed bag in a pot with hot water (or in a kettle), let it heat for about 10 minutes, and serve directly on a plate after opening.
» Empty the bag directly into a pot (or pan) and heat for about 5 minutes.
» Transfer the food from the bag into a suitable container and heat for about 3 minutes in the microwave.
