Wolfhound is a lightweight and warm jacket, usable on its own or in extreme cold as a middle layer. The hydrophobic properties of Climashield® Apex™ keep you warm and dry. When exposed to moisture, the fabric begins to dry immediately. The nylon outer layer provides durability and protection against wind and water without restricting breathability. Two lower side pockets are lined with fleece, providing a pleasantly warm place for cold hands. The Wolfhound jacket is also very packable, it can be stuffed into a small portable pocket without damaging its properties. (the pocket is part of the jacket)

Climashield® Apex:
It is an effective thermal insulation material. It is the direct successor of the legendary Polarguard 3D / Delta insulation. Climashield is strong, durable, lightweight, highly durable, flexible, and quick-drying. Compared to any competitor, it retains its properties the longest, even after repeated use (compression, washing, and drying). Its extremely robust 3D structure (the same as down) is formed by thermally bonded crossed fibers with a triangular cross-section cavity. In terms of insulating properties, it is the closest of all synthetic insulations to down, with which it is fully comparable in performance, but additionally combines all the advantages of previously developed fibers, hollow fibers, and microfibers.
