The Horizontal Medical Pouc Roll Elite is a new solution from the designers of the M-Tac brand. The advantage of this model is its convenient roll-up shape, so it takes up minimal space, is compatible with other equipment, and does not interfere with sitting while traveling in a vehicle.

It is made from very strong materials Cordura 500D and Cordura Squadron resistant to abrasion and heavy loads.

The medical pouch fits into the back pocket of a tactical vest. An additional removable loader hook-and-loop fastener facilitates its integration into any plate carrier where the bottom of the back pocket closes with a hook-and-loop fastener.

The pouch consists of two parts: an outer pocket, which is an accessory, and an IFAK (individual first aid kit). The outer pocket has an adjustable volume and provides open bilateral access to the first aid kit. By pulling the strap on the first aid kit, you can quickly remove it. The first aid kit is attached to the cover with a hook-and-loop fastener to prevent accidental loss. Thermo-transfer (UP) applied to the front of the first aid kit indicates its position in the cover.

Inside the first aid kit, there is an organizer made of elastic bands for attaching first aid kits (not included). The front flap of the first aid pouch is equipped with an identifier in two colors - traditional for first aid kits, red or black, to make the pouch less noticeable.
