Instructions:
Remove the warmer from the outer packaging and wait a moment. To reach the maximum temperature, the warmer should be left in the air for a few minutes before use. You can place the body warmer on clothing around the waist. The belt is adjustable, the length is set, and it is secured with Velcro.
