Large horizontal IFAK pouch with laser cut is designed to store medical equipment for special operators, including multiple Combat Gauze, chest seals, tourniquets (CAT), trauma bandages, and nasopharyngeal airway tubes.

All items are securely stored in a removable inner pouch, which contains elastic pockets and holders for organized storage. This inner pouch easily slides into the outer pouch and holds firmly in place thanks to elastic side panels and Velcro.

A large pull tab with a non-slip Hypalon layer is attached to the inner pouch and allows for quick release of the inner pouch from the outer cover with a strong pull, ensuring easy and quick one-handed access.

The IFAK pouch is designed for horizontal attachment to any of our Warrior tactical belts via 3 MOLLE straps that pass through 5 laser-cut slots.

Made from high-quality composite laminate and processed using state-of-the-art laser cutting machines.
