The Warrior Cobra belt is made from the highest quality materials meeting the demanding Mil-Spec standards. The belt buckle is made using CNC technology from 7075 aluminum and has been dubbed the safest and strongest quick release buckle in the world. The fiber used for the belt is designated as 4088 type V11. The force required to break it must be greater than 2725 kg. The metal buckle (triangle) has a tensile strength of 1135 kg and is coated with a layer of dark gray phosphate. The belt material is treated with resin, which results in the belt being hard and stiff. This property is perfect for the use of belt holsters and thigh rigs, as the belt does not deform. The fiber is additionally treated to create a minimal footprint in the IR spectrum. The material is also treated against mold and the effects of sunlight, which reduce the lifespan of nylon.
