The pouch for two magazines is simple, which means it takes up space like one pocket, i.e., two columns of PALS webbing. Straps for attachment and PALS webbing on the back of the pouch are a given.

The pouch can be closed with a flap with Velcro. You can also roll up or tuck the flap and carry the pouch open for quick magazine changes. The elastic band around the pouch ensures that the magazines do not fall out, even when the pouch is half-empty.
