Instructions:
Attach the adhesive part to the top side of both socks so that the rounded edge of the heater is aligned with the tip of your foot. Then simply slip into your shoes and your toes will be protected from any cold for the entire 6 hours.

Safety warning:
Not suitable for medical use. Not suitable for children under 6 years. Do not use on swollen, abraded, inflamed, frostbitten, or sensitive skin. Do not use while sleeping! To prevent burns, remove the heater immediately if the heat becomes uncomfortable. Avoid direct contact with the skin.
