The case is dimensioned to accommodate most of the small and medium flashlights used today. The closure of the case is designed with a flap with Velcro. The case is intended for backpacks, plate carriers, or Chet Rigs that are equipped with PALS webbing. A strap on the back is used for attachment. The MOLLE pouch occupies 1 column of webbing.

Cordura - very durable nylon fabric with excellent mechanical properties, resistant to petroleum products and detergent, highly abrasion-resistant and tensile strong. In camouflage versions (MultiCam, A-TACS), it is an original license. Cordura, webbing, buckles, clips, and plastic accessories, elastic cords, or strings are treated to minimize light reflection in the infrared spectrum (I.R. Signature). Rubber cords or elastic strings meet the highest US Mil Spec requirements for resistance to sunlight.
